BallenIsles Community Association Inc.

The BallenIsles Community Association Inc. (BICA) was created to provide organization, management and coordination for the entire community, excluding the Club, in order to preserve and enhance property values. BICA is a homeowner's association and has responsibility for the management of the common areas and exclusive common areas (neighborhoods), lawn maintenance in zero-lot-line home communities, cable TV and alarm monitoring, and management of the Security & Safety Department for the residents of BallenIsles. BICA is a not-for-profit corporation in Florida and was established in November 1989.

Within BallenIsles there are numerous neighborhoods, for which BICA provides services to meet the particular needs of each neighborhood. BICA is a single master association corporation, and it oversees all the activities of the overall community and all the neighborhoods.

The board of directors of BICA is currently made up of seven resident directors. They oversee the operations of the Association and provide direction for the Association in-house management team. The homeowners assumed complete control of the board of directors on June 10, 2003.
