MORE LOCAL BUSINESSPEOPLE TO WATCH PALM BEACH POST: BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens has appointed Fabian Ludwig as the club's new culinary director and executive chef. Ludwig's role will include overseeing all facets of food service and preparation across BallenIsles Country Club's six dining venues. Ludwig has over 25 years of experience. He recently led the opening of the eight restaurants at the new Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado. Before that venture, Ludwig was the executive chef at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square. Ludwig's culinary expertise has taken him across the globe to Hungary, Switzerland, England, Bermuda and Germany, where he started as an apprentice in Hamburg. Ludwig obtained his degree in culinary arts from Gastromiche Fachhochschule in Hamburg.
