When BallenIsles unveiled its newly renovated and expanded clubhouse little more than a year ago, this amenities-rich private club community elevated the bar for everyone else. Hailed as a modern masterpiece of scale and style, the clubhouse was enlarged to 115,000 square feet during the $35 million renovation.

From the spectacular Grand Lobby to the iconic Harry’s Lounge, the sweeping architectural changes maximize both indoor and outdoor use and views. With four dining venues, a sports bar, golf shop, meeting space, card rooms, and so much more, the grand clubhouse is already a landmark in the Club’s iconic heritage.

The South Course (one of BallenIsles’s three championship courses) has just reopened after a Rees Jones renovation and is back in play along with the North and East courses. The Club’s storied golf history has its origins from the days when it was the headquarters of the PGA of America and hosted the game’s greatest players and majors.

In addition to 54 holes of golf, the Club’s amenities include a 65,000-square-foot Sports Complex where health and wellness receive the spotlight with a spa/salon, fitness center, two dining venues, resort-style swimming pool, and conference room. BallenIsles also boasts a world-class 23-court tennis complex, complete with an exhibition tennis court, stadium seating, and pickleball courts.

From upscale dining to casual cuisine, delectable offerings entice members to take most of their meals at the Club, though the restaurants (and shopping) of Palm Beach Gardens are just minutes away.

Even with its Distinguished Club elite rating, BallenIsles offers affordable entry points for homeowners. Traditional courtyard homes and condominiums start in the $300,000s, with elegant estate homes available up to $4 million.
