The goal is always to go above and beyond for each couple’s wedding. The BallenIsles Catering Team strive for equal parts creativity and organization. These two are absolute MUSTS for creating a successful event. If one is merely organized, but lacks creativity and vision, the event will fall flat. If one is creative but has no means to organize thought or planning, then the event will fail. It is truly a beautiful thing when the two come together. We also work hard to make sure we meet the unique needs of each family. Catering Director Linsey Bruce-Lefkowitz explains: “There is always that beautiful feeling when our Chef can bring to life a client’s old family recipe—one passed down through generations—to be served to family and friends during a celebration. My favorite memory is every single time a bride walks into the ballroom and catches her breath and tells me how beautiful it all is. There’s just something magical about creating reality out of someone’s dreams.”
At BallenIsles Country Club, it’s more than just weddings. We’ll also cater to private events such as retirement parties, anniversaries, mitzvahs, or any other reason that you can think of to celebrate! We even celebrate our own holidays and events with specialty parties and programs. April 14th brings us the Amici D’Italia Bocce Tournament, and on May 12th we’ll host our annual Mother’s Day Brunch.
