 Upon entering the landmark “Moon Gate” entry Member residents and visitors are welcomed to a tropical paradise unlike any other as a column of banyan trees leads their eyes to beautiful seasonal colors of diverse flowering trees and shrubs that rival those of a botanical park. From the pleasant drives through the Club, to the miles of trails and dedicated community parks, the meticulously manicured landscaping is truly breathtaking. Here are a few of our Members’ favorite parts.
Trails
There are miles of trails for walking and jogging throughout the community plus open space for relaxing with family and friends. There’s also a one-mile long fitness trail outside the Fitness Park featuring 17 workout stations along the way to make exercising outside unique and fun while enjoying the scenery.
Parks
BallenIsles has devoted 21 acres, in two separate parks, for all residents and their families to enjoy. The Fitness Park, featuring the one-mile long fitness trail, with workout encourages residents to exercise, or simply stroll and sit in the gazebo, enjoying the sanctuary the park provides. A large dog park and small dog park are also available for those four-pawed family members. The second park is the Neighborhood Park where you will find a children’s playground, basketball court, volleyball court, and a picnic area.
Beautiful Views While Golfing
Not only do Members get to enjoy panoramas of golf courses, towering trees and lakes from all around the community, but the gorgeous views experienced during play on the golf courses are also stunning. The three championship and historic golf courses are nestled among glistening lakes and mature tropical gardens in a parklike setting showcasing the beauty of BallenIsles everywhere you turn.
