Five-Star Dining Options
With six unique dining options to choose from there is something for everyone. Inside the newly expanded Circle 100 restaurant members enjoy specially selected regional cuisine, buffet-style served by an attendant. Indulge in gastropub cuisine, including burgers, salads, pizza hot from the stone-hearth oven, and ribs at BallenIsles Grille/Rendezvous Room, also known as "The B.I.G." With 18 televisions, why not grab drinks at a pewter-topped bar with friends to watch a game too. Make a reservation for Evolution, an intimate upscale dining venue that serves single-malt scotches and high-end bourbons for dinner. Enjoy lite bites and unique desserts at Harry's Lounge and Bar located in the heart of the Clubhouse. Just across the street is Bistro 105, featuring healthy and fresh salads, seafood and of course, pasta with seating inside and al fresco on the patio terrace. What Makes a Great Chef?
With one seasoned chef overseeing all aspects of the Club’s culinary team, from creating menus for all six of the Club’s restaurants to selecting plating presentation for dishes, it is no wonder each plate is a savory masterpiece. Having worked in locales across Europe and the United States, Fabian Ludwig has proven that it’s not just his background, but the personal touch that he imparts on each dish, that ensured he was perfect for the role. Regarding such, Ludwig said, “The pleasure and reason I started to cook for people 30 years ago is because of the smiles and nodding of the heads. I work for the smiles, to create an experience they can remember.” Ludwig brings his storied past to his recipes to create “dishes that transport you back to good memories, shared during good company or enjoyed while on vacation, these could be simple dishes, but authentic.” Fabian strives to source ingredients that are local and in season, so that he and his team can tell the “food story” behind the recipe. Like his meals, Fabian values each interaction with guests, elevating dining experiences throughout the community.
