This top fitness facility in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens is renowned for keeping Members fit and having fun, boasting over 65,000 square feet of cutting-edge wellness amenities. Now, the Complex is embarking on an ambitious $19 million expansion project poised to elevate the fitness experience for all Members. Set to debut in fall/winter 2024. Enhanced Social & Fitness Facilities
The Sports Complex’s main building is currently undergoing a significant transformation, including the addition of a new porte cochere entrance to welcome Members in style. Inside, the racquet shop is expanding to 3,000 square feet, becoming the go-to destination for the latest pickleball and tennis gear. A Members’ Lounge and new outdoor spaces at Bistro 105 will provide ample spaces to relax and socialize before or after a workout. Most notably, a new Arts Center will become the first of its kind in the area. Here, visual or performing arts enthusiasts can practice their talents or partake in a diverse array of programs and activities.
Aquatics Center Renovations Underway
Home to a main swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, children’s pool, and a range of other amenities, the Aquatics Center is also poised to become an even more delightful oasis for Members. The main pool is under construction to include new lap lanes, dedicated space for aqua-cise classes, and additional pool seating for basking in the Florida sun. The Club Pool and Cabana will also be expanded to offer light bites and refreshments, while kids can delight in the indoor play area perfect for rainy days.
A Refreshed Spa & Salon Experience
From deep-tissue massages to rejuvenating facials, the team of highly skilled technicians from Cosmo & Company brings a wide range of services to the BallenIsles Salon & Spa. The Sports Complex’s upgrades have transformed the Salon & Spa to harmonize seamlessly with their world-class services. During the renovation period, we've been hard at work transforming the space into a luxurious oasis that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. We've revamped the entire space to create a truly open and enchanting atmosphere. Staying on the Leading Edge of Innovation
The upgrades to the Sports Complex are just one example of how BallenIsles continues to elevate the Member experience. Over the past decade, all three golf courses have undergone renovations to enhance their playability. Jack Nicklaus just completed renovations on the East Course in 2023, Rees Jones redesigned the South Course in 2020, and Kipp Schulties revamped the North Course in 2013. BallenIsles also boasts a USTA-awarded top tennis program supported by its world-class 30-court racquet complex with 21 tennis courts, including an exhibition stadium court, and nine pickleball courts.
Made up of nearly 1,600 residences, 33 intimate neighborhoods are each characterized by their own unique identity of golf villas, luxury condominiums, elegant estate homes, and more.
